1965 Chevrolet C10

Hello,

I was looking for some advice as to which engine is in my truck. I recently inherited it. I have the numbers at least I think I do. I have some confusion as the engine seems to be a 305 or 350. By the looks of it is a 1975ish engine, but I am not official sure. It has an automatic transmission but don't know exactly yet which one.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cab serial number: 5Z169896
Engine Serial: T0214CRZ, 18R439053
3873466 is stamped on the intake.

You won't find much info about engine size on the body id plate beyond if it was a 6 or 8 cylinder truck. I can tell you that the motor is definitely not the 283 which it likely came with from the block code. CRZ indicates a 1970 or later engine. The last two letters will tell what vehicle it was from. You need to find the block casting number and the date it was cast to determine this positively. This info is located elsewhere on this site.
